Nothing says fall in the Buzzards Bay region quite like the annual cranberry harvest. Come pick your own fresh, local cranberries at the Coalition’s Mattapoisett River Reserve, where wild cranberries grow in 50 acres of retired bogs. In addition to cranberry picking, Coalition staff will talk about the history and ecological importance of the Mattapoisett River Reserve, which has been protected forever to preserve its natural features.
